Clark County’s #1 Choice for Newly Diagnosed
The Center Wellness Clinic is Southern Nevada’s premier clinic for HIV treatment and comprehensive wellness care.
Choosing your first care team is a big step. We’re proud to be a trusted leader in HIV care, offering a perfect balance of clinical excellence, convenience, and compassionate support.
Today, with the proper care and support, people living with HIV can live long, healthy, and fulfilling lives. We’re here to walk with you every step of the way.
Understanding HIV: Knowledge is Power
A new diagnosis brings questions. That’s natural! We’re here with answers.
- HIV is not a death sentence. Thanks to modern medicine, people with HIV can live long, healthy lives.
- Treatment is simple and effective. Most people take just one pill a day to manage the virus.
- Undetectable = Untransmittable (U=U). When your viral load is undetectable, you cannot transmit HIV to sexual partners. Peace of mind is a powerful reason to start treatment early.
Real People. Real Support. Real Community.
We know that getting started can feel intimidating. We know that stigma still exists in some spaces. That’s why our clinic is built differently. We take a whole-person approach to care – because you’re more than a diagnosis.
You don’t have to go through this alone. You don’t even have to know what to say. Just show up – and we’ll take it from there.
What To Expect at Your First Appointment
Your first visit with us is designed to make you feel calm, confident, and cared for. Here’s what to expect during your first visit:
- Reviewing your diagnosis and lab results in simple, understandable terms
- Exploring treatment options, including the latest medications
- Answering your questions about side effects, emotional health, and daily life
- Checking insurance coverage and helping you apply for financial assistance, if needed
- Connecting you with peer support, online communities, and other helpful resources
